Hi Enza: I just want to tell you how much I appreciated your help last year with the refinancing of the house and the variable rate mortgage that you suggested to me. It is paying off right now that the interest rates are really low. From 4.15 % ( which wasn't bad at all) has come down to 3.4% and the latest 2.9%. Isn't that wonderful!!!!!!
